Requirements

  • Passion for emerging technologies, developer ecosystems, digital payments, and open technical communities.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, technical marketing, or related functions within technology-focused organizations.
  • Proven experience marketing developer platforms, APIs, infrastructure products, technical tools, or software ecosystems.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts to developer and engineering audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, technical accuracy, and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning frameworks, messaging strategies, and successful go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience building scalable marketing systems, operational processes, and content frameworks that enable team efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance content creation, marketing operations, and productivity.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and build effective programs without extensive existing structures.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience coordinating efforts across product, engineering, content, and commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with developer communities, technical content distribution channels, and platforms where developers discover and evaluate tools.
  • Experience within fintech, payments, open-source technologies, AI, or high-growth technology environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and community engagement for technical audiences is preferred.
