Role Overview
This is a senior, client-facing business development and advisory role focused on shaping litigation-related engagements from early opportunity through conversion into long-term client relationships. The role blends consultative selling, strategic advisory, and relationship management across high-value legal and dispute-related matters.
What You Will Do
Lead early-stage client engagement and opportunity scoping, drive business development efforts, expand and deepen existing client relationships, and represent the organization in client meetings and industry conferences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in law, business, or a related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in professional services, legal services, consulting, or business development roles with client-facing responsibility
- Proven track record of originating new business and expanding high-value client relationships in complex, advisory-driven environments
- Strong understanding of litigation, dispute resolution, or broader legal industry dynamics is highly preferred
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong analytical and organizational capabilities
