Role Overview

Act as a strategic finance partner to Product Development and HR stakeholders, driving financial clarity behind technology investments, workforce planning, and capacity optimization. This is a highly analytical and cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and people strategy.

What You Will Do

Translate complex operational initiatives into structured financial models, enable leadership to evaluate ROI, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively. Analyze workforce trends, attrition, and staffing needs to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Strong FP&A experience with a focus on business partnership, financial modeling, and strategic decision support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business finance roles
  • Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI strongly preferred
  • Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite is a plus
  • Ability to connect operational and strategic initiatives to measurable financial outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in professional services, life sciences, or PE-backed environments preferred
