Role Overview
This role sits at the center of revenue operations, owning the systems and data infrastructure that power end-to-end go-to-market execution. The position blends technical system administration with strategic process improvement, enabling customer-facing teams to spend more time selling and less time on manual work.
What You Will Do
Design and optimize Salesforce-driven solutions, integrate best-in-class GTM tools, and improve reporting accuracy across the revenue organization. Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, including workflows, dashboards, user setup, role hierarchy, and data quality governance.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration or GTM systems roles within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (Platform App Builder, CPQ) strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Flow-based automation
- Strong understanding of GTM processes including lead-to-opportunity, forecasting, and quote-to-cash
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and scalable data models for revenue operations
- Familiarity with GTM and revenue tools such as Clari, 6sense, Gainsight, MuleSoft, or NetSuite
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance
- Proactive, self-directed mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
- Interest in AI tools and automation to improve GTM workflows and system efficiency
