Role Overview
This is a commercially focused leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth through sales enablement, marketing activation, and revenue intelligence.

You’ll shape the strategies, tools, content, and programs that help sellers and account teams win new business, expand existing relationships, and protect at-risk accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, payer, healthcare services, or a related commercial environment.
- 7+ years of experience across sales enablement, marketing, account management, client success, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience developing sales and marketing collateral and managing event, campaign, or commercial activation programs.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and confidence using data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform commercial decisions.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups, functions, and priorities.
- Experience leading Joint Operating Committees (JOCs), executive business reviews, or comparable strategic client forums.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Allego or comparable CRM and sales enablement platforms.
- Experience owning event activation and analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to develop team members and influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.

- Annual salary range of $99,200–$165,300 USD, depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.
