Role Overview
As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you’ll become the analytical engine behind marketing performance for a high-growth B2B SaaS business. You’ll own attribution, reporting, and funnel analysis, turning complex data into clear recommendations for marketing and executive leadership.
What You Will Do
You’ll analyze both inbound and channel performance to identify opportunities, risks, and the highest-return areas for investment. You’ll combine strong marketing analytics expertise with practical business judgment and daily use of AI to accelerate insights.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics, ideally within a B2B SaaS, software, or fintech environment.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including campaign, lifecycle, attribution, and reporting logic.
- Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, including first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch models, with the judgment to select the appropriate approach for different business questions.
- Solid knowledge of UTM governance, lead routing and round-robin processes, lifecycle stages, and source and channel taxonomies.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate the underlying reasons behind performance trends rather than simply reporting numbers.
- Ability to transform complex or messy datasets into concise, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, research, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Experience with HockeyStack or a comparable marketing attribution platform is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and data-driven decision-making is highly valued.
