Marketing Operations Manager (Demand Generation and RevOps)

Role Overview

This is a hands-on marketing operations role focused on building and maintaining a high-performing, outbound-first go-to-market engine. The role spans CRM administration, email deliverability, paid media monitoring, reporting, content execution, data quality, and targeting.

Own the day-to-day health of the marketing technology stack, work across technical configuration and campaign execution, and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand-generation operations, or revenue operations
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
• Proven experience managing cold-email infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to manage email deliverability against bounce and complaint thresholds
• Strong experience maintaining CRM data quality, governance, de-duplication, attribution, and structured data processes at scale
• Experience building and maintaining multi-channel reporting and dashboards for senior leadership audiences
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Ability to write high-quality campaign, nurture, and landing-page copy suitable for publication
• Experience designing and optimizing lead-management and sales processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders
