Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional to play a key role in driving growth through performance advertising and experimentation. In this position, you will lead the execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across major digital platforms while validating new growth opportunities through structured testing.
What You Will Do
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. Design and execute marketing experiments to validate acquisition, conversion, and growth hypotheses.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing roles.
- Proven expertise managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, campaign setup, pixel implementation, event configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience working with marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, forecasting models, and performance reporting.
- Ability to develop data-driven recommendations and make strategic decisions based on campaign performance insights.
- Experience using AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign execution, or workflow efficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Native-level Russian language proficiency.
- Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- German language skills are highly desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
