Role Overview

This role sits within a high-impact RevOps squad focused on driving revenue predictability, operational efficiency, and scalable growth across go-to-market teams. You will work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Channels, Marketing, and Customer Success, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What You Will Do

Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and performance reports for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel teams, ensuring clarity and reliability of commercial metrics. Monitor daily funnel indicators such as conversion rates, productivity, pipeline volume, sales cycles, and performance by source and segment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, Business Operations, or Commercial Intelligence roles
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, especially in reporting and commercial data analysis
• Experience using analytics and data tools such as Metabase and Databricks
• Strong ability to navigate multiple data sources and translate complex information into clear, actionable business insights
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to support decision-making in fast-moving commercial environments
