Sales Enablement and RFI Manager

Role Overview

This role combines strategic writing, project coordination, data management, and sales enablement in a collaborative, customer-focused setting. It is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who can turn complex information into polished, compelling business content while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

What You Will Do

You’ll manage and develop high-quality responses to client and prospect Requests for Information (RFIs), while helping teams present their capabilities clearly and persuasively. You’ll also help strengthen content libraries, proposal materials, project experience databases, and commercial presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, physical or biological sciences, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research/CRO RFI management, proposal support, content management, or library management
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage tight submission deadlines
• Experience supporting effective bid defense presentations
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Qvidian, Power BI, or similar CRM, proposal, and data-management platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration
