Role Overview
This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on scaling a technical, consultative SaaS sales motion across two distinct product lines. The role blends hands-on deal execution with team leadership, requiring someone who is equally comfortable closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities as they are coaching others to do the same.
What You Will Do
Lead and actively support strategic sales opportunities, coach and develop sales team members, build and refine sales playbooks, and drive consistency in sales execution.

Requirements
- Proven background as a high-performing SaaS sales leader with continued hands-on experience closing complex deals
- Demonstrated success in technical, developer-led, or product-led growth (PLG) sales environments
- Experience selling into technical buyers, ideally within martech, developer tools, or embedded software ecosystems
- Strong ability to analyze CRM data, funnel metrics, and pipeline performance to drive decision-making
- Track record of coaching and developing sales teams through live deal engagement
- Strong communication skills across executive conversations, product demos, webinars, and customer engagements
- Deep understanding of PLG motions and ability to collaborate across Product and Marketing to support sales-assisted growth
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with high levels of ownership and accountability
- Curiosity for technical product use cases, including APIs, embedded systems, and modern SaaS architectures

- Competitive compensation package including base salary of $165,000–$185,000 plus $75,000 OTE bonus, with total OTE of $240,000–$260,000
