Role Overview
Act as a key analytical driver behind growth, marketing performance, and customer lifecycle insights within a fast-scaling digital healthcare environment. Design and maintain scalable data models that support critical business decisions across product, marketing, and finance teams.

Build and evolve measurement frameworks that connect marketing efforts to real business outcomes such as conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and optimization.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles
- Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write, optimize, and review complex queries
- Advanced experience with dbt for data modeling and orchestration
- Strong proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, including attribution models and media mix modeling concepts
- Experience working with marketing platforms and APIs such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Strong background in experimentation design, A/B testing, and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills and a results-oriented mindset
