Role Overview
This role sits within a Sales Data function supporting a broad commercial organization through analytics, data modeling, experimentation, and machine learning. You will lead high-priority initiatives and act as a decision science expert, helping shape commercial strategy and AI-driven sales programs.
What You Will Do
You will build reliable data models, develop machine learning systems, and design experiments that improve sales processes and customer engagement. You will also contribute to reporting, dashboards, and metrics that help stakeholders understand performance and make better decisions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or an equivalent field
- Excellent SQL and Python skills
- Familiarity with tools such as dbt and Airflow
- Strong understanding of fundamental machine learning algorithms
- Practical experience applying statistics and experimentation methodologies
- Good understanding of business practices, sales processes, and client behavior
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities, curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives
