Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, B2B marketing, and sales enablement within a fast-scaling AI-driven creative technology company. You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing initiatives that accelerate adoption across gaming, 3D, and developer-focused industries.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute B2B growth marketing strategies, partner with Sales teams, design and produce targeted marketing assets, conduct market and competitive research, and continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, game development workflows, or related creative technologies
- Proven experience working closely with Sales teams to drive pipeline growth
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
