Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy, building the automation and intelligence systems that power modern marketing and sales execution. The position focuses heavily on building predictive models, automation infrastructure, and high-performance data pipelines that improve targeting, routing, and conversion efficiency.
What You Will Do
Design and implement end-to-end GTM automation systems, build and maintain predictive scoring models, own GTM data architecture and integration, develop scalable automation frameworks, and optimize operational costs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms, with deep understanding of data models and system architecture
- Hands-on experience building automations using tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent workflow platforms
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations to connect and extend GTM tech stacks
- Strong understanding of data enrichment, normalization, and routing strategies for account and contact-level data
- Experience with predictive scoring models for lead, account, or intent-based prioritization
- Comfort managing operational efficiency, including tracking and optimizing automation costs, enrichment usage, and AI/LLM consumption
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans and collaborate across teams
- Systems-thinking mindset with a strong bias toward building, testing, and iterating scalable solutions
