What You Will Do
You will oversee a distributed team while personally managing key audit firm relationships across multiple segments and geographies. The role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with partnerships, operations, and sales leadership to align partner strategy with business growth.

Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years in people management roles
- Strong background in the audit ecosystem
- Prior experience as an auditor (Big 4 or mid-market strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managing and scaling external partner, channel, or client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to build structured partner programs or networks
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed, global teams
- Ability to balance technical audit understanding with commercial and partnership-driven thinking
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and operations teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
