You will oversee a distributed team while personally managing key audit firm relationships across multiple segments and geographies. Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years in people management roles
• Strong background in the audit ecosystem
• Prior experience as an auditor (Big 4 or mid-market strongly preferred)
• Proven experience managing and scaling external partner, channel, or client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to build structured partner programs or networks
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed, global teams
• Ability to balance technical audit understanding with commercial and partnership-driven thinking
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and operations teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
