Role Overview

Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong focus on data engineering or backend systems
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, and Terraform
- Strong experience building large-scale financial, payments, commissions, or incentive-based systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and modern data architecture patterns
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team technical initiatives across functional domains
- Strong understanding of scalable data pipeline design, distributed systems, and data reliability principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Strong leadership mindset with ability to influence architecture and technical direction without direct authority
- Experience in incident response and production system reliability improvements
