Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic growth roles within insurance, business process outsourcing, SaaS, or technology-enabled services environments
  • Demonstrated success securing multimillion-dollar enterprise agreements and generating significant new business opportunities
  • Strong consultative sales expertise with the ability to navigate complex buying processes and influence senior executive stakeholders
  • Experience selling solutions related to insurance operations, digital transformation, automation, AI-enabled services, or related business technologies is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to develop business cases, negotiate contracts, and manage sophisticated enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking capabilities, and executive-level communication skills
  • Expertise with pipeline management, sales forecasting methodologies, and CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments while maintaining accountability for revenue objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong leadership presence, relationship-building skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
