Business Development Director (Hospitality)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives for a well-established organization operating in the Hospitality Sectors.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute business development strategies, identify new business opportunities, build relationships with investors and stakeholders, and lead negotiations for commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of business development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in the hospitality and/or real estate industry within Saudi Arabia
• Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market, hospitality sector, and investment landscape
• Established network with developers, investors, hospitality operators, and government authorities
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skill
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to be based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia
