FP&A Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to strengthen our Corporate FP&A team and take ownership of cash flow forecasting, balance sheet planning, working capital management, and other key planning activities below Adjusted EBITDA across the Group. The role will play a key role in advancing our financial planning capabilities and driving transparency across cash flow, liquidity, and balance sheet performance.

What You Will Do

Own the Group’s cash flow planning across forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles. Drive the development of balance sheet forecasting capabilities and ensure alignment between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within FP&A, Financial Controlling, Corporate Finance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience working with cash flow forecasting, working capital, balance sheet analysis, or investment planning.
• Solid financial modelling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other EPM/planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Experience from retail, hospitality, food & beverage, consumer goods, or other multi-site businesses is considered a plus.
