Role Overview
The primary function of the Inside Sales Representative is to sell repair work that has been identified during contracted fire and life safety system inspections. The representative will prepare proposals, follow up on delivered quotes, and communicate with customers regarding systems integrity issues and solutions. They will also maintain an inspection deficiency tracking system and report progress to management.
