Role Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction through the effective management of sales inquiries, quoting activities, and coordination of cross-functional support. This role serves as a central point of communication between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate information flow, timely responses, and seamless execution of sales-related tasks.

What You Will Do

Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries, prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and pricing packages, and support the full sales cycle by coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Regional Managers, Program Managers, and Field Technicians.

Requirements

  • Applicable Post-Secondary education in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of related experience in sales within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of sales policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with internal teams and external customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to re-adjust priorities daily and manage a fast-paced workload
