The Sales Director is responsible for driving commercial performance across a defined U.S. territory, with a focus on both direct and programmatic revenue growth. The role involves leading end-to-end sales efforts, cultivating agency, brand, and platform relationships, and maximizing revenue across JOLT’s media network.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales or advertising experience, ideally in out-of-home, digital advertising, or DOOH
- Strong industry relationships with agencies and direct clients
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-first mindset
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
