Role Overview

JoomPro Brazil is entering a new growth stage, and we are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our local sales organization. You will manage and develop the sales team, build robust, data-driven sales processes, and help shape and execute our go-to-market strategy to hit ambitious GMV targets.

What You Will Do

Manage and motivate the JoomPro Brazil sales team. Design and improve sales processes, routines, and reporting. Build and execute the sales go-to-market strategy, hitting GMV targets.

Proven experience managing sales managers who themselves led teams. Track record building and executing go-to-market strategy while hitting revenue/GMV targets. Experience creating and improving sales processes and routines.

Requirements

  • Manage and motivate the JoomPro Brazil sales team.
  • Design and improve sales processes, routines, and reporting.
  • Build and execute the sales go-to-market strategy, hitting GMV targets.
  • Set and track sales KPIs, driving accountability across the team.
  • Align sales initiatives with Marketing and Category Management.
  • Champion a data- and automation-enabled approach to sales management.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
  • Energetic, results-driven, hands-on leadership style.
