Business Development Manager (BDM) role for Grand Pacific Tours in Sydney, NSW & ACT. Manage revenue and market share through sales activity and campaigns, develop and execute sales plans, and represent the company at trade shows and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in domestic travel distribution
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset, budget planning and forecasting
- Confidence presenting, training and influencing in a B2B environment
- Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills
- Proactivity, creativity in identifying new sales opportunities
- Ability to work independently, travel frequently and work outside standard hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Tertiary qualifications in Tourism (desirable but not essential)
