Role Overview

Be a part of sharing special places and shaping lasting memories with Australia’s leading experiential tourism business. As the Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and contributing to the ongoing support of Journey Beyond’s Salesforce platforms.

What You Will Do

Lead Salesforce initiatives, design and develop Salesforce solutions, build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems, identify and manage project issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• experienced Developer with strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, application integration, and systems development
• proven experience in CRM configuration, customisation, integration, and application support
• solid understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SSQ and related products
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• results-driven and capable of working autonomously
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
