We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to play a key role in driving financial discipline and transparency by managing budget planning, tracking, and reporting. The role supports business decision-making through timely, accurate financial insights, while ensuring effective cost control and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- University graduate or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, planning, and staff/business management
- Good understanding of principles of budget planning and FP&A
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to the relevant stakeholders
- Good business acumen and proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering professional presentations
