FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to play a key role in driving financial discipline and transparency by managing budget planning, tracking, and reporting. The role supports business decision-making through timely, accurate financial insights, while ensuring effective cost control and alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, planning, and staff/business management
• Good understanding of principles of budget planning and FP&A
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to the relevant stakeholders
• Good business acumen and proactive mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with collaborators at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of delivering professional presentations
