FP&A Manager, Investment Control

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager supports financial planning, reporting, and commercial finance activities for the Adriatica markets. This role oversees the budgeting processes throughout planning cycles, ensures the delivery of accurate and insightful variance analyses, and provides strategic financial guidance to support business performance and key decision-making.

What You Will Do

Lead and support planning process in Adriatica Cluster, oversee Marketing & Sales budgeting processes, provide robust financial evaluation of commercial initiatives, and drive the development of junior FP&A team members.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• financial qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and budgeting / controlling
• Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently, handle change, and support team development
• Fluency in English (Serbian is an advantage)
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, Microsoft Office expertise, advanced in Excel, Think-Cell
