Data/Business Intelligence Manager (Pharma)

Role Overview

The Data/Business Intelligence Manager will collect, consolidate, and analyze commercial, CRM, and customer data from multiple internal and external sources, developing business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL, and other reporting platforms.

What You Will Do

The role involves transforming complex datasets into clear business insights, analyzing sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation, and commercial KPIs, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or Sales Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM or similar)
• Strong understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies and commercial KPIs
• Experience analyzing customer engagement and omnichannel performance
• Ability to transform business questions into analytical models and actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English
