As an Account Executive / Business Development Manager, you will drive new business growth across Canada by selling research, data, benchmarking, and subscription-based insights. You will work closely with sales leadership and internal research teams to identify opportunities, position solutions, and deliver measurable value to organizations.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in outbound new business development
  • Experience selling intangible or non-tangible solutions
  • Comfortable selling to executive-level buyers
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and effective in a remote environment

Benefits

  • Base salary in the range of $70,000 to $78,500 CAD
  • Uncapped commission (paid quarterly)
  • On-target earnings (Year 1): $100,000 – $120,000
  • Performance-based annual bonus
