Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Metals / Steel Distribution

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will sell industrial metals to purchasing managers and business owners across Ontario. You will receive a mix of warm leads, self-prospected leads, and dormant accounts. This is a full-time, in-office role reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager. The base salary is $65,000 – $75,000, plus monthly commissions and an annual bonus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
• Experience making outbound calls is essential
• Industrial experience is preferred but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Must be a team player who can follow established processes and procedures
