Requirements
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote hearing healthcare products and services effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hearing healthcare products is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
