Director Of Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will sit at the intersection of internal commercial execution and parent company alignment, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role will own the RevOps function, lead the relationship with BNP Paribas commercial leadership, and drive commercial initiatives that determine how Kantox scales.

The Director will work on strategic leadership, people leadership, BNP Paribas Commercial Relations, AI and Productivity, Key Commercial Meetings, Budget, Targets, and Compensation, Revenue Operations, and The Setup.

Requirements

• 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial planning, preferably in SaaS
• Outstanding reliability
• Proven experience managing strategic relationships with C-Level stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen across budget planning, forecasting, revenue recognition, and KPI analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior executives and speaking in public forums
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives in a scaling organisation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort with complex governance structures
• Fluent in English
