Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will lead the development, architecture, integration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. The role will partner directly with US-based stakeholders and the Bengaluru PO/BA to define solutions, make architecture decisions, and ensure the Salesforce environment is well-governed, performant, secure, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s growth.

What You Will Do

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design and build complex Flows, Apex triggers, batch Apex, queueable Apex, scheduled processes, and asynchronous processing. They will also build and maintain advanced Lightning Web Components, design reusable Salesforce services, components, and automation frameworks, and lead Sales Cloud data model design.
