Kemper is seeking a Data Scientist to build and deploy predictive models and applied LLM-based solutions to support the claims operation in areas such as fraud detection, subrogation identification, and claims quality management. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a quantitative field and 2+ years of experience in a data science/predictive analytics environment.
Requirements
- Proficient in Python programming language
- Proficiency and experience with several modeling techniques
- Prior experience working with AWS is a plus
- Some experience with natural language processing is preferred
- Some experience working with LLMs via API is preferred but not required
- Ability to work with various data formats
- Excellent overall communication skills
