Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Deep understanding of the go-to-market motion
- Proven BI skills
- Working command of Salesforce as a data and reporting layer
- Solid SQL skills
- Strong business judgment
- Self-directed and organized under ambiguity
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Genuine AI fluency
