A premier provider of solutions for material processing is hiring a CRO to join their executive team.

They are looking for a results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead sales, marketing, and customer success, and play a critical role in driving scalable growth in the advanced manufacturing and capital equipment space.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced executive who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and has a strong track record in enterprise sales, account-based strategy, and revenue leadership.

A crucial aspect of this role involves developing strategies and tactics to lead and coach the sales team in executing outbound sales to drive outstanding results, so prior experience in this area is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Revenue Leadership: Develop and lead go-to-market strategies targeting key sectors like packaging, converting/web handling, and industrial metals.
  • Key Account Growth: Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, build deep client relationships, and drive long-term revenue.
  • Sales Enablement: Coach and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on closing complex, large-scale contracts.
  • Marketing Alignment: Partner with marketing to deliver tailored account-based campaigns and elevate brand positioning.
  • Customer Success: Champion retention, satisfaction, and expansion initiatives to exceed client expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across engineering, operations, and finance to deliver client-aligned solutions and seamless execution.

About you:

  • 10+ years in senior sales/revenue roles, with proven success in manufacturing or capital equipment
  • Expertise in strategic account development and complex deal negotiation
  • Leadership experience across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align revenue goals with operational capabilities
  • Background in converting, packaging, or industrial laser-based manufacturing is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred)
