Senior Workfront System Administrator – Marketing Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Workfront System Administrator – Marketing Operations is an individual contributor role responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront platform. The role serves multiple functions within KeyBank’s Marketing Department to support the successful execution of marketing programs across lines of business and client segments.

What You Will Do

Administer Workfront at the system level, design and maintain request queues, routing rules, approval processes, and automated workflows within Workfront, create and maintain reports and dashboards within Workfront, and partner with project coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or a related field
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification preferred

Benefits

• base salary in the range of $71,000.00 – $125,000.00 annually
• incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives
