Role Overview
The Principal Partner Enablement Manager drives strategic initiatives to empower Keyfactor’s vital global partners, establishing and strengthening relationships and providing essential resources and support for effective product or service delivery.
What You Will Do
Develop and lead partner training programs, design and deliver training content, define and track key performance indicators, provide regular reports and insights to management, and build strong relationships with partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Profound expertise in a specific IT domain or technology stack
- Mastery of industry trends, company-specific strategies, and future-oriented innovations
- Capability to influence and drive significant organizational initiatives
- Experience in large enterprise IT environments
- Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems
- Proficient understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals
- Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and prioritization skills with the most complex partner deployments
- Proficiency with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Proficient knowledge of Kerberos protocol – OAuth authentication
- Proficient knowledge of EJBCA product stack
