Manager, Finance (FP&A)

Role Overview

Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader to join the FP&A team and lead US G&A financial planning, performance management, and decision support. This role serves as an important partner to others across the organization, including HR, Finance, Technology and Marketing, helping ensure resources are deployed against Taco Bell’s key priorities.

What You Will Do

Own US G&A financial performance, including period close, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning; synthesize results into a clear view of performance, drive strategic G&A planning and resource allocation, and provide ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business planning, or related finance discipline
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
• Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools
