Role Overview
Lead and grow the Sales Team across all branches, driving revenue and exceeding sales targets. Responsible for supporting Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, and cultivating a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
What You Will Do
Analyze market trends, design and implement training programs, ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, and prepare monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a service-based industry, including leadership roles
- At least 5 years of sales management experience
- 5+ years of direct or outside sales experience (Branch 3 Field Representative License preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Highly motivated, quick to learn, and resourceful in problem-solving
- Safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to safety protocols
