We are seeking a Growth Strategy & Analytics Manager to strengthen the analytical foundation behind our Sales and Customer Service organizations as we scale. The role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, RevOps, Finance, and Data to drive efficient growth and improve performance.
Requirements
- Experience owning operational reporting and financial models for Sales or Customer Service organizations
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel or Google Sheets for complex analysis and Modeling
- Experience managing commission calculations or incentive compensation processes
- Deep understanding of operational and financial metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, productivity, and headcount forecasting
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports
