Role Overview

This role is for an Inside Sales Specialist to guide customers in-store, by phone, email, text, and chat, and to recommend solutions that fit their needs. The position is full-time and located in Springfield, OH. The ideal candidate will have a background in music and be able to learn product details and apply them confidently.

The Inside Sales Specialist will guide customers, ask good questions, listen carefully, and follow up consistently until the customer is fully taken care of. They will also create reviews, referrals, and repeat customers through great service.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
