Requirements

  • 12+ years in Marketing with a focus on Growth
  • 8+ years of People Management experience
  • Network or marketplace experience
  • Builder mindset
  • Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategy
  • Demonstrated clear ability to lead and scale a successful team
  • Experiences with >$10m marketing budget
  • Success using AI tools to build operational efficiencies
