Brand Marketing Assistant Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Brand Marketing & Social Media Assistant Manager to drive brand marketing initiatives across our beauty portfolio.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute integrated brand marketing initiatives, lead day-to-day social media strategy, and manage external social media and influencer agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing fundamentals, including brand positioning, consumer messaging, campaign development, product launches, and integrated marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, influencer/creator ecosystems, and emerging digital platforms.
• Experience working with external agencies, creators, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset and the ability to turn insights and business priorities into actionable marketing initiatives.
