We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition stack, drive efficient subscription growth, and balance aggressive scaling with strict CPA and ROI targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a mastery of Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display); Paid Social experience is a big plus
- Budget scaling experience: A demonstrable track record of managing and scaling ad accounts with 6-figure monthly budgets, proving you can increase spend without sacrificing efficiency
- Subscription growth background: Experience driving acquisition for a subscription-led business, with a strong command of unit economics like LTV & CAC
- Analytical & technical depth: A deeply analytical mindset with proficiency in handling complex datasets, and a good understanding of attribution models and tracking to make evidence-based decisions
