Role Overview

The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving customer penetration, product adoption, and market share growth across strategic accounts, regions, and technology segments. The role serves as the primary link between customers and the division, translating customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities into actionable strategies that accelerate business growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing customer penetration and adoption strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and driving plans to increase market share, revenue, and product utilization.

This individual partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Applications Engineering, Service, and Business Unit teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies, remove barriers to adoption, and ensure successful commercialization of new and existing products.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• 8-15 years of semiconductor industry experience
• Experience in Field Marketing, Applications Engineering, Product Marketing, Process Engineering, Technical Sales, or related customer-facing roles
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and process-control technologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions and lead complex cross-functional initiatives
