Data Operations Lead

Role Overview

As a Data Operations Lead, you will oversee data production support of cutting-edge enterprise data environments, drive process management, and minimize business and consumer risk. You will direct teams responsible for all Enterprise Data operations technologies and infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Your duties will include leading Data Operations, ensuring production systems and test systems are monitored, developing and implementing the Data and Analytics systems security plan, and ensuring stability, availability, and performance for the Data and Analytics Infrastructure eco-system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Data Operations management experience
• 5+ years of experience with data warehousing, BI, and reporting tools
• College Degree of any related courses
• Ability to balance the demands of multiple projects while pushing the intellectual envelope in search of solutions to complex problems
• Experience demonstrating breadth, creativity, and innovation
• Experience in supporting internal stakeholders, with a proven track record of customer excellence
• A highly organised nature with high attention to detail
• Present ideas & concepts logically with accurate documentation
• Plan and prioritises own work as well as guides others to ensure all goals are met
