As a People Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the team’s People programs and processes on track, evolving, and thriving! In your role, you will be exposed to, and have the ability to support our client’s employee life-cycle, shaping the employee experience by administering thoughtful, business-critical and people-focused programs.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of HR administration experience
- Proficient in Workday
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experience in utilizing Asana application or an equivalent work management tool to facilitate work
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Creative problem solver
- Strong administrative skills
