The People Operations Specialist will support the HR team with high-volume HR activities, including background checks, HR data management, and administrative responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior experience in an HR Specialist/Generalist role
- Experience with Workday and HRIS Systems
- Experience with ticketing systems (Servicenow preferred)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred)
- Experience with electronic file systems (Box preferred)
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Proficient in outlook and recruiting applicant tracking systems
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
- Previous experience managing background check programs is highly desired
- Experience supporting recruitment and HR activity supporting a tech company
